Organic Alerts - Eat Healthy and Help the Planet

The Organic Alerts program

The newest program from EcoUnit, Organic Alerts let shoppers know about great deals on organics in their area. Research shows that organics - especially organic fruits and vegetables - are the starting point on the "path to green" for most consumers. And we know that nearly every shopper prefers organics over conventionally-grown produce, but a relatively small percentage can afford to eat them on a regular basis. EcoUnit's goal is to make organics more accessible to consumers each and every day. This will enable them to eat healthier at the same time that pesticide and synthetic fertilizer use is reduced.

How to sign up for Organic Alerts

It takes 2 seconds to sign up. The only information we need is your email address (to tell you about alerts), your first name (so that we can be friendly), and your zip code (so that we can be sure to only tell you about deals in your area).

Where is the program currently running?

The Organic Alerts program is currently running on a limited scale in Central Oregon. If they are not currently running in your area, we ask that you sign up and sit tight - you'll hear from us when we have deals near you.

Why did EcoUnit develop the program?

EcoUnit developed Organic Alerts with 3 goals in mind: to help consumers eat healthier by making organics more accessible, to reduce waste from potentially excess inventory, and to reduce the use of pesticides and chemical fertilizers. It's a win for shoppers and for the environment!
